Ruchi’s Institute of Creative Arts (RICA) is one of the best schools for fashion and design in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), it is affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is also a study center for UP Rajashri Tandon Open University, Allahabad, and offers students “Dual Certification facility,” wherein they can pursue two courses simultaneously.रुची इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ क्रिएटिव आर्ट्स (आरआईसीए) इलाहाबाद में फैशन और डिजाइन के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कूलों में से एक है। एआईसीटीई द्वारा स्वीकृत, तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद, लखनऊ से संबद्ध है। यह उत्तर प्रदेश राजश्री टंडन ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी, इलाहाबाद के लिए एक अध्ययन केंद्र भी है और छात्रों को “ड्यूल सर्टिफिकेशन सुविधा” प्रदान करता है, जिसके माध्यम से वे एक साथ दो पाठ्यक्रमों का अध्ययन कर सकते हैं।

- On the 17th of February, a ‘Medhavi Chatra Smaroh’ was organised in the state polytechnic, Lucknow. The honourable Chief Minister of U.P. Shree Yogi Aadityanath graced the occasion with his presence as the chief guest. The students were rewarded for their hard-work. Two students of RICA, Lilesh Kumari and Mahera Fatima made us proud by securing first and second positions of Diploma in Fashion Technology.17 फरवरी को राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक लखनऊ में मेधावी सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। यू पी के मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई। छात्रों को उनकी कड़ी मेहनत के लिए पुरस्कृत किया गया। RICA की दो छात्राएं लिलेश कुमारी और माहरा फातिमा ने फैशन टेक्नोलॉजी में डिप्लोमा के पहले और दूसरे स्थान को हासिल करके हमें गौरवान्वित किया है।
Chairman’s Message चैयरमैन का संदेश
“Kuch layak ban ke, kaam dhande mein lag jao” – this is a staple phrase which we have heard from parents as children. Due to the popularity of this phrase, ‘skill development’ and ‘employability’ are two popular watchwords since years. On another note, responsible citizens and a progressive nation are only possible with good education.
Ruchi’s Institute of Creative Arts (RICA) is thus synonymous with skill development and employability. Founded in 1990, the Institute has grown over the past two and half decades. It is popular for providing state of art training to students. This provides an edge to its students once they enter the job market. The institute shares the vision of Late Major B.C. Mital and the other co-founder, Mrs.Bala Mital. In-line with the same thought process, it is successfully managed by the Principal, Dr. Ruchi Mital. We as an institute ensure that our youth is trained in a manner that makes them 100% employable. And we just don’t state that, we have fulfilled our promise consistent with our founder’s vision within the 5 years of our existence. Keeping pace with our students’ success, we have grown in a slow and steady manner. However, we do like to stress that a lot of effort and hard work underlines our success.
Currently, the Institute runs 06 courses that are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Board of Technical Education (Uttar Pradesh) India. There are about 240 students who are a part of our wonderful family. RICA further endeavours to provide better teaching and a better learning environment for the benefit of all its students. We seek to achieve 100% employability for our youth. We are inspired by our founder’s words in this regard. “Nobody died of hard work”.

स्वर्गीय मेजर बी सी मित्तल और सह संस्थापक श्रीमती बाला मित्तल के विचारों को मूर्त रूप देता हुआ यह संस्थान डॉक्टर रुचि मित्तल (प्रधानाचार्य) के कुशल नेतृत्व में उन्हीं सिद्धांतों के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है | हमने संस्था स्थापित होने के 5 वर्ष बाद से ही छात्रो को शत प्रतिशत नौकरी के योग्य बनाने के वादे को पूरा करना शुरू कर दिया और इस दिशा में हमारी सफलता हमारे अथक परिश्रम एवं प्रतिबद्धता का परिणाम है|
वर्तमान हमारे 6 कोर्सों को एआईसीटीई से मान्यता प्राप्त है | विद्यालय परिवार में लगभग 240 विद्यार्थी हैं | रिका इन विद्यार्थियों की अध्ययन, अध्यापन का सौहार्द पूर्ण वातावरण प्रदान करता है | हम अपने युवाओं को शत प्रतिशत रोजगारपरक बनाने के लिए प्रयास कर रहे हैं | हमारी प्रेरणा है – परिश्रम करने से कोई मरता नहीं है |
