Dr.Ruchi Mital (Principal)
Dr.Mital has completed her Masters in Medieval Indian History and Ph.D in ‘Costumes & Attire During the Mughal period.’ She began her career as a fashion designer and also completed a course in Fashion Designing & Business & Export Management. At the same time, she pursued courses in Multimedia & Creative Fashion Presentation.
Drawing from her vast experience, she is committed to inspire students to appreciate and understand some of the most sophisticated design aspects of the industry and provide them with a working knowledge of the commercial practicalities of the fashion industry. She has a dynamic personality and has taken RICA to new heights by blending academic, managerial and creative skills
डॉक्टर रुचि मितल (प्राचार्य)
डॉक्टर मितल ने मध्यकालीन भारतीय इतिहास में स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के पश्चात मुगलकालीन परिधान विषय में पीएचडी की डिग्री हासिल की |उन्होंने फैशन डिजाइनर के तौर पर अपने करियर की शुरुआत की और साथ ही साथ फैशन डिजाइनिंग एवं बिज़नस मैनेजमेंट का कोर्स पूरा किया | इसी समय उन्होंने मल्टीमीडिया और रचनात्मक फैशन संस्कृति का भी कोर्स किया | अपने विस्तृत अनुभव का उपयोग करते हुए उन्होंने उस उद्योग की सूची एवं जटिल पक्ष को समझने और प्रयोग करने के लिए अपने विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरित किया एवं फैशन उद्योग के व्यवहारिक एवं व्यवसाय का ज्ञान प्रदान किया |
Mrs .Ritu Sangal (Senior Faculty)
Mrs. Ritu Sangal is a senior artist and a Textile Designer with a teaching experience of over 35 years. She has completed her MBA from Allahabad University and is well known for her Tanjore and enamel paintings. She was awarded the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award in 2003 for outstanding services, achievements and contributions. Her able guidance helps students achieve a better understanding of design, colour, placement and textile which enhances their designing skills.
श्रीमती रितु संगल – वरिष्ठ शिक्षिका
श्रीमती रितु संगल एक वरिष्ठ कलाकार है | उन्हें टेक्सटाइल डिजाइन के क्षेत्र में अध्यापन का 35 वर्षो का अनुभव है | उन्होंने इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीए की डिग्री प्राप्त की और अपनी तंजौर एनामिल पेंटिंग के लिए मशहूर है |उन्हें इस क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान के लिए वर्ष 2003 में इंदिरा गांधी प्रियदर्शिनी पुरस्कार से नवाजा गया | उनके कुशल मार्गदर्शन में विद्यार्थी रंग डिजाइन प्रस्तुति टेक्सटाइल के क्षेत्र में अपनी प्रतिभा को निखार रहे हैं |
Mr.Devendra Pandey (Senior Faculty)
Mr. Pandey is well versed with CAD software related to Fashion & Textile Design. He has completed his MBA and developed his career as a Fashion Designer. Besides, he is an experienced Design Coordinator and Graphic Designer.
He is committed to the development of RICA as a center for quality teaching, learning and designing. Under his able guidance students are scaling new heights in the field of Computer aided Design & Technology.
श्री देवेंद्र पांडे ( वरिष्ठ शिक्षक)
श्री देवेंद्र पांडे फैशन एवं प्रसार डिजाइनिंग के क्षेत्र से संबंधित कंप्यूटर एडेड डिजाइन सॉफ्टवेयर में कुशल व्यक्ति है | MBA करने के पश्चात उन्होंने फैशन डिजाइनर के तौर पर अपना व्यवसाय शुरू किया | वह एक अनुभवी कला संयोजक एवं ग्राफिक डिजाइनर हैं | रिका को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा एवं डिजाइनिंग के क्षेत्र में आगे लाने के लिए समर्पित हैं | कंप्यूटरीकृत शिक्षा को उन्होंने नई ऊंचाई तक पहुंचाया है |
Mr.Sunil Pandey (Senior Faculty)
Mr. Sunil Pandey completed his post graduation in Sociology and went on to pursue a PG Diploma in Fashion Technology. He is deft in the art of drafting, sketching and designing. He specializes in Garment Designing and Advanced Apparel Fabrication.
He is committed to the cause of teaching and imparts quality education to the students with emphasis on practical approach towards professional life.
श्री सुनील पांडे (वरिष्ठ शिक्षक)
श्री सुनील पांडे ने मनोविज्ञान के क्षेत्र में स्नातकोत्तर की शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद फैशन टेक्नोलॉजी में पीजी डिप्लोमा किया | ड्राफ्टिंग, स्केचिंग और डिजाइनिंग में वे दक्ष हैं | आधुनिक परिधान निर्माण में वह निपुण हैं | व्यावसायिक जीवन में व्यवहारिक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने में वह अग्रणी हैं |
Ms.Pragya Mishra (Faculty)
With a strong focus on Textile and Fashion Designing, this graduate from Kanpur University holds various degrees including a three year diploma in Textile Design and a Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Technology.
She believes that proper knowledge has to be in pace with the current market trends and inherent individual talents and strives to inculcate employable traits in the students.
सुश्री प्रज्ञा मिश्र (शिक्षिका)
टेक्सटाइल डिजाइन में 3 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा प्राप्त करने के बाद फैशन डिजाइनिंग में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट डिप्लोमा करने वाली कानपुर विश्वविद्यालय की स्नातक सुश्री प्रज्ञा की दक्षता का केंद्र टेक्सटाइल और फैशन डिजाइन है | वर्तमान के बाजार की तर्ज पर वह विद्यार्थियों की प्रतिभा को निखारने का प्रयास कर रही हैं और इस कला को रोजगार परक बना रही हैं |

He is a Graduate in Fashion Designing from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University. With over 20 years of experience, he is a master craftsperson. His skills lie in Garment manufacturing and production.
